Order Processing & Shipping
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date the order is received.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Any orders placed after business hours or on weekends will beprocessed on the next business day.
- Orders placed prior to weekends, or public holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
Christmas and New Year Schedule:
Specific arrangements for the Christmas and New Year period will be communicated via a formal notice issued in November.
Shipping
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
- While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Returns Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted where products are damaged or defective, in accordance with applicable laws.
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Change of mind
- Change in customer circumstances
Return Notification
- Customers should inspect the product upon receipt and notify us of return requests immediately upon becoming aware that a product is damaged or defective.
- Notification must include supporting evidence (e.g. photographs clearly showing the damage or defect).
- Products that have been opened or used must not be returned by post.
While your return request is being assessed, products should be stored safely and must only be disposed of, or returned, if and as directed by us.
Assessment
- All return requests are subject to review and assessment by us. Where we assess that the product is eligible for return, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. To the extent permitted by law, no other remedies are available.
